Return Window

  • Items may be returned within 5 calendar days of receiving your order.

  • Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.

 

Holiday Return Extension 

To make holiday shopping easier, orders placed between November 15th – December 31st are eligible for an extended return window of 10 calendar days from the date you receive your order.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).

  • Any exception must be confirmed in writing by our customer care team.

Final Sale Items

  • Products marked as Final Sale cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, email info@styleque21cosmetics.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.


Broken or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or you believe it is missing:

  • Contact info@styleque21cosmetics.com immediately after delivery.

  • If your package was marked “delivered” but not received, please allow 5 business days for us to file a claim with the carrier.

  • Please note that some delays are due to carrier issues beyond our control.
