Processing Times

Processing times begin after your order has been successfully placed and payment has been confirmed.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
Please note that processing times do not include shipping or delivery transit times.
Local Pickup Orders
Local pickup orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Pickup orders will be ready for collection within 7 calendar days of the order being placed. Orders may be ready sooner, depending on product availability and processing requirements.
Customers will receive an email notification once their order is ready for pickup.
Please wait until you receive your pickup confirmation before arriving to collect your order.
Next-day pickup is not guaranteed. Any estimated pickup date displayed during checkout is subject to the processing and pickup timeframes outlined in this policy.
Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing times.
